I have used this no more than 2 weeks along with the Mary Ruth’s vitamin hair care French toast packets. I can’t believe my hair is becoming thick, no significant length as of yet but I haven’t even been taking the products more than 2 weeks yet and I noticed the other day the thickness in my pony tail braid. Majority of my life I’ve had very thin hair and shedding. Not anymore. I wish I knew about Mary Ruth products years ago. Please try it, you won’t be disappointed.

I usually don’t believe In This stuff but it really does work!! I’ve taken it for 3 months my hair is fuller/ and I never had eyebrows, since I’m older I have to look in magnified more and holy cow!!! Not exaggerating. Plus I’ve been having so much energy, I promise it works buy the 3 pack! Love the taste also

I’ve tried numerous products to help with hair loss and shedding. By far, this has been the best thing I’ve come across. 2tblsp in the morning does the trick. I wish I’ve done a before and after picture. After only one bottle, my head of hair looks fuller and definitely little to no shedding. Must try!
